Vintage Christmas Pinspiration

All I have for you today are some old photographs, little pieces of time preserved on paper (and now online). These pictures are static, they are a captured second in the millennium of moments that we call history. That's all they are really, and yet we are able to see and feel so much from them. We see people, imagine their hope, their Christmas spirit. We see that, even in the gloomiest of times, these people honored Christmas in their hearts.

  1. These are such sweet pictures! I love being able to get a glimpse of what it was like in days gone by through old photographs. :)

  2. I've been in a '40s mood for a while recently, and really dug these!

  3. GAH!!! Feels here, with the WWII stuff. Love it.
